About Sit Together
Sitting alone is hard. Sitting with others — even through a screen — makes it easier to show up. Sit Together gathers live online meditation groups from many traditions into one quiet calendar, converted to your time zone.
Every tradition is welcome
You’ll find Zen zazen, Insight and vipassana sits, Thai Forest chanting, Plum Village mindfulness, Tibetan practice, Triratna meditations and secular mindfulness sessions. We don’t rank paths or promote any one teacher. Many groups are free or donation-based, and newcomers are welcome at all of them.
How we verify listings
- Every one of the 49 listed sits comes from the organiser’s own website. We never guess times or invent groups.
- Times are stored in the organiser’s time zone and converted in your browser, so daylight-saving changes are handled automatically.
- Each listing shows when it was last checked, and an automated link check flags broken pages.
- “How to join” links go to the organiser’s official page, not to copied Zoom links, so you always get current access details.
Featured listings
To keep the lights on, organisers can pay to be featured. Featured sits are clearly marked with a “Featured” badge and shown first within their day. Paying never hides another group, and it doesn’t affect whether a group is listed.
